If court agrees to hear the case and stays admission process, will we have to re-run and reapply in all the schools according to previous/new govt. criteria?
Also, if admission process gets delayed till May/June as it happened last time, will schools take fees for 3 quarters only?
Why should we pay for their staff salaries or other expenses when our kids didn't utilize them. Else, we parents would be the losers in the whole process.

Yes if stay and court says follows LG guidelines .every thing scrapped .

Does that mean all donations paid by parents to secure a management seat in schools would be lost?

I have also query. The schools has started admission and they are taking some donation (either with the receipt or without receipt). If on 29th Jan, court gives the order...what will happen ? Whether the seats secured in school will be lost ?

For example Maxfort Pitampura is giving admission to so many children and most of parents are securing seats there by paying 45k fees + 50k Cash as donation. What will happen to those confirmed seats ?

Guys nothing is going to happen in favour of us. Judges are too involved in this matter.
Other wise how someone can go on leave in this important matter.

These are nothing but the barriers in favour of these corrupt people. They are forcing parents to opt unfair means. If you are having enough to buy a seat go and purchase.

This is just because of corrupt judiciary of this country. No watch from govt. These are the good days from modi govt. Think before vote on 7th.
