Better check urself. I don't think that they would be demanding that much. Though I may be wrong.

As the amount is equivalent to taking admission in VIS 10 in that case thru VIS kids

I went to BGS today and talked about the process of management quota. First impression was no but then they told if at all possible, you can meet the principal and put forward your wish. She may be help you out with it. But, you will need to visit personally and talk to her.

yea@ dheerej I had a talk with someone in school and they called me for mq seats on Monday. . the gentleman asked me to pay around 1 plus and to meet principle.. let's c now m just waiting for some gud news soon..
I think m already very late for the admission and dont want to delay the same anymore..

@ Ruchi.... dont rush.... St thomas is good enough to take admission.You will get mixed review for all schools. If you have deposited the money....try for schools next year..... as all schools open seats in prep and class 1. If you can provide transportation to St thomas then 100% move forward. I heard many very good feedbacks on st thomas so dont rush for Mq in schools

I do agree with VJ.

For that matter, we are now getting mixed reviews for DPS n Bal Bharti as well.

Unless it is totally negative which is not the case with STT, you should reconsider your decision.

STT was in my Top 10.

I do agree one does not have to rush for mq seats

. But don't you think there is difference between mixed feed back and molestation charges.

There is no criterion to compare molestation with mixed feedback. Also, it would be difficult for any parent to ignore this.

My only point was since the school is good in academics and other activities as well and has come up well in few years (past few years reviews in this forum also tell the same), one should only try for MQ seat which is better in all aspects as compared to the one in hand.

Guys thanks so much for ur valuable feedback.. honestly I won't b able to pay such heavy amount for taking admission in any school.. I'll go and speak with bgs as I have got very good feedback about the school and If it's under my budget than I'll go for the same else I'll send my ward to st thomas with heavy heart..

Don't worry too much ruchi.

Unfortunately,  somtimes  people need a wake up call to get their act together. I am positive after the incident STT would ve become stricter dealing with outsiders. 

BTW, its not Mr Sethu. Am a woman. ☺

Hi Meenakshi,
Today we visited BGS for my daughter's admission, and we blocked the seat thr by paying 50K+1225/-
and we asked the principal that we got the feedback that your school doesn't take extra money for management seat, is it true?
then she told us that this year we are charging 1,74,000(around)for MQ, and for general it is 124,000. It means, 50,000 more than general quota fee. and we asked about the avalability, so she admitted that 10 seats left out of 30.
