I agree with you all there
All seat's are either taken by sibling or alumni.
Even school are playing smart .I stay in chittranjan park and there is hardly.05 m difference is there between mother international and laxman public school but in neighbourhood I scored 25 points in mother international ( 3km to 6 km ) where as in laxman public school we scored 60 points (0 to 8 km)

Can anyone from school board justify this???

what are these schools trying??? some cult fomations???? like religious ' baba' cults we have mothers cult, dps cult, modern cult......when only only siblings and alumini are allowed then they do not want to give a chance to anybody outside their group...what is this....can we do anything??? ..... this is so frustating....i think people like us should just leave delhi.... i do not have roots in delhi ,....this is the biggest sin i have committed.

I filled the form for Nursery admission list about 34 school in south Delhi but still i am not getting any good news from any School.Now what should i do? :(

Same here. I am an IIT graduate and my husband is IIMA graduate and we both our from Delhi then too we can not get our child admitted to any good school because this is our first male child and we don't want to pay lakhs of money for the first step of our child. What a fustration. I am not boasting about our degrees but this is the reality. Only Money counts.

Don't get into pressure, this is all for earning handsome money. Most of the top schools asking money in lacs. There is no point in taking management seat after paying 3-6 lakhs. I am admitting my child in a not so popular school for nursery and KG and I will again try for admission in class KG or First without being under pressure.

Some schools had openly called parents for document verification before releasing the list and asked for money in lakhs so that they can prepare sibling and alumni list accordingly and to show they are transparent they carry out draw for just 10 to 20 seats.

The same is here. Based on my child's knowledge any schools should be proud to give him admission in their schools but it didn't happen. Even I directly contacted Chairman and principals of popular schools but they didn't even listen us.

But one of schools who is not popular they listened us and took a written and oral test to my child and he got through in the test and he got admission directly for Prep even he is only 3 years and 2 months old kid.

What is happening here in Delhi s popular schools are taking admission to those who are paying in lacs because for them only money counts.

And I don't want to pay lacs of money for the first step of my child's education.

So I also admitting my child directly in Prep in not so popular school. In next session I will also try for the Class 1.
