Please find complaints as below
Dear Mr. Vohra
Schools are not giving proper information about refund fee. DAV Public School Jasola is saying once the fees paid there will be no refund except Rs. 500/-
Can you please advice us on this.
On tuesday (20-Jan-2015) i got my daughter admitted to SBDAV to block the seat.
Yesterday I enquired about the refund policy.
Mam at counter 2 clearly said only INR 500 refundable security deposit will be refunded. Else all will be forfeited.
I said the DOE order said something else. She said that order was for last year. This year there is no order as such.
As all schools and parents are aware the last order by DOE stands valid unless a new one is passed...It is requested to take necessary steps and consider our request(dated 29 Dec 2014 to make ,fee refund policy valid for min 2 month)

The same happened to me as well. I took an admission of my son in SDAV Noida and now we are transferred to some other location. We applied for the admission cancellation and the school says , they will refund only the security deposit amount. they are not even ready to refund the transport fee for the month of april which they took in advance and that has not even availed yet. This is really exploitation of parent's money.
DOE should make themselves aware of their duties and responsibilities regarding admission process. DoE should have come with refund policy for the current year since admission schedule was fixed by schools this time and also failed to take action against schools after many wake up calls by Mr.Sumit Vohra. Hope the new government will pass a order regarding refund policy keeping in mind the plight of parents as most of the schools has completed the admission process.

Even DOE did not take any action against school putting upper cut off age.
Apart from Fee refund problem, dirty buisness of donations is about to start for those whose wards are not able to make for any of the lists.
Can we do something to stop it? pl. suggest.
Hello Sir, It will be so nice of you if you can report against EWS admissions as well. I am still searching for admission for my daughter after submitting
Anshu
We must all complaint together . pls mention details (management quota given to schools)
Mandeep
what is your complaint ?
Dear Sakshi,
Please help us to know how to check whether the seats available under EWS / DG category are filled or not, as i had applied in DG Category and till date there is no luck for me.
So I started calling schools to know about the vacant seat is there or not. And i got a straight reply from all " All Seats are filled".
But i know there must be some vacant seats in all schools because many children got selected in 3 or more one schools.
Indraprastha, Sec10 (Dwarka) and SR World School, Sec10 Dwarka not sharing any information regarding EWS category. No draw information no list information.
I know all children will not be selected displayed in 1st list as maximum will be selected in many schools, now schools not sharing 2nd or waiting list etc. Please help.
Regards
Mandeep

I cannot tell you about a particular school but i m sure govt would open 2nd phase for ews admissions as many vacancies would be there.
My son's name couldn't find any place in any of the list which the schools came up with after lucky draw. So when I got a call from Amrita Vidyalayam, Saket, I got relaxed even though his name was not there even in waiting list of this school.
I was informed that all the general category seats are filled and only management quota seats are left.
I was mentally prepared for it. The shock came when they asked me to pay Rs. 43,500/ in CASH while rest of the amount (Rs. 19,800/-) by Demand Draft.
And, when I inquired the school to check whether the whole amount can be paid via demand draft, they clearly said "NO" to that and clearly told me to deposit 43500 in cash and rest via DD.
I can sense some sort of malignancy here since they are accepting so called donation in cash only.
Infact, we have a valid proof for this.
I, as a parent won't mind taking admission under management quota provided a proper receipt is provided against it so that we can be rest assured that our hard earned money is getting used for some good work and not getting wasted.
Dear Parents, can we do something about it?
I can understand your reluctance in cash payment. It just feels like creacting black money, which is eating away our country's economy.
You can make a complaint to education officer of your area. I honestly, I doubt anything will really happen.
Anshu
Now you can complaint to Manish Sisodia (Education Min)
