Hi Sakshi and Parents

Request your guidance on the ranking of Banyan Tree School. Is it an average school or is among the good ones? I have tried searching for Delhi School Rankings on the web and have not found Bayan Tree listed in any ranking. Please guide urgently.

Thanks Sakshi. I am damn confused between Banayan Tree and DPS International. While the fee of INR 3 Lacs per annum is one issue (more to my wife than myself), I also looked at rankings and found two parameters of DPSI which are not good enough as compared to other schools. One is "Quality of Teachers" and the other is "Extra Curricular Activities". Would you have some guidance on these? Today is the last day for me to submit the fee at DPSI and secure the seat. Please guide.

Banyan follows CBSE and DPS International a perfect international school with international curriculum. You should go through the below link too.

Thank You Lathaa. I appreciate your response. What I could gather from the link you shared is that it is still tough for students studying under international curriculums to go through engineering/medical entrance examinations either coz of excessive work load or due to non-affiliation of the curriculum for entrance examination. While the Int. curriculum seems more progressive but its acceptability in India still seems a bit limited. I am getting inclined towards keeping my child in Banyan rather than securing seat in DPSI Today. Please share if you have any more inputs. Thank you so much.

Hi Deepak....Is it that costly? someone told me that fee is around 11000/ month. Actually its last day for me also to secure a seat in DPSI. Are you sure about 300000/ annum?

Hi Pradeep, 11,000 is the tuition fee, 3500/month is transport, 5005 is the monthly share of annual charges and 350 per month as online education programme. This itself is 2,38,000/-

Besides, Admission fee of 10,000 is the admission fee, 75000 is caution money and 25000 is the management fund.

Thanks Deepak for such a detailed information....just talked to someone whose child is alumni of DPSI....he told me that his son faced compatibility issues at the time of graduation (engineering) entrances in India...as per him international schools (with IGCSE curriculam) are better for children who have plans for studying abroad just after 12th. I have got similar reviews from others also......anyways I have already secured a seat in santa maria (st. mary) for my daughter. thnx again..

INR 3 lac. very expensive....... but at the time of draw they said they have less fees strcuture then the  DPS Rk Puram.so that means DPS charging move than 3 lac..
