Hi Sakshi, 

Can you please guide me on the following point:

a. For Girl child/first child affidavit, are the formats same for all schools, OR may vary from school to school ?

b. Do we need separate affidavit for Girl Child, First Child, Single child OR same can be mentioned on a SINGLE affidavit.

c. Some schools are asking parents to submit ORIGINAL BIRTH certificate at the time of ADMISSION, is this OK? in such case how could we approach for better school ?
