BUT AGAR KISI CHILD KI AGE 4+ HAI TO NURSERY MAIN ADMISSION NAHI MILEGA KYA....PLZ TELL ME ..SAKSHI JI.

Hi,

How to get an affidavit of first child? A simple declaration on plain paper will do or we need to get it on stamp paper signed by notary? where to get it done?
