Are admission under DG group also entitled for fee waiver just like EWS admissions

I am still very confused whether  should I go for ST category or General category.

I belong to ST category,however my certificate is from my native state i.e. from Rajasthan that was prepared in 2001.I do not have ST certificate for my Daughter but I own home in Malviya Nagar.  Will they consider my certificate i.e. from other state. Will they give community certificate in my case as well. Also, I would like to know is there any upper limit on parents income in this DG category. 

Please suggest me as I am very confused and loosing time as I don't know what to do.  Thanks in advance !!!

You can community certificate with yours from Delhi. You can apply both in General and DG. If selected in General you should pay fees or else under DG no tuition fees. There is no income limit for SC/ST.

Sorry for lot of questions Could you please let me know usually in how many days I will get this community certificate. Will I get it before 15 Jan 2016. So that I will be able to apply.

You can apply and by the time fill the form too since there is a option applied for. Go to SDM of your area and act soon.
