don't receive any confirmation on mail and msg regarding EWS form submitted

Dear Sakshi

I have submitted my online EWS form today through registration  link given by yourside, but i don't received any confirmation nor on mail neither on phone till time.Please clear reason for this or tell me that this side is valid or not , my form is actually submitted or not .

Kindly solve my problem
