Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2026-27

Form Dates | Admission Criteria | Results | Fee Details | List of All Schools

We need photocopy or original birth certificate for nursery admission in each school

We need to add a photocopy of child's birth certificate with name while applying for admission in a school or we need original birth certificate?

If we need original, then I need to first arrange the same to apply in various schools as I have only 2 original copies.

What about the affidavit mentioning single child or girl child.... It should be photocopy or original?

@Sonia Last year I have submitted original affidavit in schools but after few days the guidelines changed and for first child it was not required

Hi presently Schools requires self attested photocopy of Birth certificate. You can also download child's birth proof from MCD web site and take multiple copies. The output is far better than photocopy.

I am not able to find west delhi MCD website.
North, East and south delhi MCD websites are available.
