Hello All,

As per my knowledge, Supreme Court said that Aadhar is not mandatory so how can it be mandatory for admission? I would contest this.

I don't expect the DOE guidelines to change in middle of admissions for this especially, I have not seen mandatory aadhar card for any school so far. One more thing. when I went for finger printing for my daughter they said she was too young to be fingerprinted. said to wait until 5 year old

true, but few schools are trying there best to cancel admission at any excuse. sp hat they can have more management seats

Upto 5 years No aadhar card will be prepared With Biometric data, but you can still get it done at nearest Centre.

I got my daughter's (3.5 years) aadhar card done. Hardly it takes 5 days, so why to have this dilemma

Adhaar Card is mandatory in some school..you cant argue with the schools...one school is asking for educational certificate of the parents so what we can do !

You have to present the docs whatever the school will ask for.

There is no finger print required for the children... You have to present your Adhhar card at the center. They will click the photo of the child and take parent's finger print. Please the below link to find out the nearest adhaar card center...

Just visit your nearest aadhar centre. And generate aadhar online.

There is Aadhar Kendras listed in website.

Check the nearest one to you and Meet them with present ID proof. They will change the address and your new Aadhar will be ready in maximum three-four working day

 Hi..I applied for Adhhar Card on 2nd Jan evening and today morning I got the message that it has been issued..It took on 3 days..

i applied on tuesday and have got the aadhar today.

better be safe and apply for it as its not taking more than one week

hi Neha.. did u get it online or did u get the physical copy within 3 days?
