Is anyone knows the definition of govt servent criteria in sanskriti school? It is used for state govt officials / central govt officials/ public service officials. I mean whose called govt servent? Whose get admission in govt category?

see in upper link you will find till last year who were covered

They cover Class A officer posted in union government...Mainly IAS,IPS,IRS,Railways officers etc..
