As per my understanding, first preference will be given to candidates with highest points. There are few applicants (20 or so) with points greater than 80, they are offered seats without draw.
Then lot is of kids with 80 points (these are around 1500 +) draw for remaining seats will be conducted for them.
And then if left next lot with lower points will be considered.
I have just provided the list which was there on their website.
I think they have shortlisted candidates based on points 80 for both girls and boys. Others less than 80 points are not listed although they would have registered. In first lot of draw these candidates would participate as per my understanding.
Dont know where our education system is heading, its easy to crack IIM than getting admission in nursery.
3000+ applications in every school, people from all locations have applied in schools irrespective of location, points etc.
I think over 50% of applications are rejected based on low points and few of the remaining would withdraw for a better option. Creating unecessary competition for parents who actually need a seat.
Admission in Bal Bharati is depends on Luck...Surprise to see Sibling list for Girls that candidate having 40 points are also got chance directly no lottery for them.
