VIS vs. Nirmal Bhartiya

Can you guys help me with Pros and Cons of VIS and Nirmal Bhartiya.

I know NB is expensive but it is just a matter of about Rs.3000 to 4000 difference. But is it really worth it? I have got a confirmed seat in VIS but I am leaning towards NB as the pressure on children is very less and then what I heard is that they have high ethical values.

On the other hand, VIS has also good reviews and parents whose kids go there are pretty satisfied.

Please advise. (Sakshi Mam - Pls respond).

Sandeep what do you feel? I went to BGS today, the guard at the gate refused entry saying waiting list people will only be allowed after 4- 5 days. Haven't even seen the school. Got a very warm vibe from NiBS when i went for DOL. Do you feel BGS is better than NiBS in every way and i should wait?

i am also waiting to see BGS as my child's name is in waiting list and they asked me to visit after 14th. Charu can u tell me about the fee structure of Nirmal Bhartia school if you know that. I am also in a dilemma between few schools.

BGS Dwarka

We visited BGS today and surprised to get to know that the Annual Fees for Pre-nursery is Rs. 1.,25 Lacs (annual) without transportation. They are demanding Rs. 50,000/- and Rs. 1,200/- in separate cheques and rest in four equal installments. When we asked for the breakup they didn't provide the same.

However, on website they are showing Tuition Fee Rs. 4,400/- (P.M.) and Rs. 959 as Annual Fee and Rs. 660 as Development Fee.

@Charu..The reason why Guard refused you to enter the school is because BGS is one of the best schools of Dwarka with very affordable fees. On the other hand, NBS is also great but they have a very high fees and I don't think lot of parents opt for this school because of this reason.

I also visited NBS today and they showed me the entire school even when kids were there. I feel that probably their seats are not full, that could be the reason they are so welcoming.

@Vaishali, Are they showing school to the parents whose wards are not even in the list both confirmed waiting. What is the monthy fee in NBS?

@Rumana, Yes, my kid's name isn't in confimed or waiting list, but I showed lot of interest in their school, so they showed me the school. Their annual fees is 180,000 excluding transport.

It is a nice school, no second thought about it but it's expensive, that is why not all parents opt for it.
