Mount caramel sec 22 vs bal bharti vs maxfort...which one is best?

Academics wise...please share reasons for your ratings? Guys...i would really be thankful to all of you...

Maxfort is all AC however mount caramel and bal bharti are not....but they are in top 5 list...so confused....fees is also same in all 3...

im specially confused between bal bharti vs mount caramel sec22....as there is very thin line between them...
