Hello! sakshi ji can you suggest me is Greenfields school Safdarjung better or Banyan Tree Lodhi road.?Please give me feedback about Banyan Tree.I am confused between two.
Rohit
Banyan Tree is better but go for CBSE curriculum as some parents posted that it is offering CBSE I Curriculum to parents which was scrapped by cbse in jan or feb 2017 from coming session
Hi Rohit and Sakshi, Just want to say that I had spoke to Banyan Tree School regarding this thing. But they confirmed me that they are just naming that International Curriculum. This is just the teaching method that differs in CBSE and International Curriculum (So called). Books are same. It just involves Assistent teachers, Audio visual methods and extra activities and outings... For that they are charging Rs. 30,000 p.a. Extra..
Sakshiji
Please be kind enough to send / share the DOE Circular 2017 for FEE REFUND.
Prakash
Till the new Govt notification is not issued the old notification is still in place.

Sakshiji
But are the schools following this DOE order of previous year ?
Has there been any parent who has successfully applied for refund this year based on this notification
Yes prakash ji,
I withdraw admission from kulachi hansraj model school ashok vihar, they took fee receipt admission form and application from us and returned our original documents on the same day, but fee will be returned within one months time, after deduction of one month tution fee, and some other charges which would be apx 5-6 k out of total 35k which we deposited on day of admission.
I think this is gud.
Thank you Poonamji
You should question them. I know of at least 2 schools in North Delhi where they are deducting only Rs 200, and refunding everything else.
If a parent chooses to withdraw his child after the admission within a month, the school can retain the registration amount as well as the admission charges and tuition fee for that month only, the DoE said. “But it should refund all other charges within 15 days of the request made by a parent to a school,” it added.
