That shouldn’t be the status, as all the parents (whoever shared in the group) either received "waitlist" or "under process". Hope you are checking with the Form No. which got generated in the PDF form which got generated post filling up the form got completed.

Please retry with plugging Form No. properly, in case of still disconnect, you should contact school just to be doubly sure.
