Guys - Use chrome. I was able to submit the complete form including non mandatory information with commas and punctuation marks and generate acknowledgement. Also submitted the form in school. Everything done within 1 hour without any issue. Be a bit patient and do not panic. Keep trying

It can work with any browser.... 

just keep trying clicking on submit button, no need to refresh captcha... I have  tried more than 50 times since last 2 hrs 30 mins and finally able to do it.

captch refreser not working on selecting it it closes the browser

I m using chrome without comma...tried 3 times but couldn't submit...what's d trick..pls help
