Still figuring out, we will be speaking to the transport coordinator as well tomorrow. In case there is a bus route available from some nearby place, will choose that. Otherwise will have to look at options like cab/car pool.
Amity is running buses in East Delhi, not sure about Apeejay.
Kids/parents from my locality have hired private cab.

Heartiest Congratulations and Thanks for Gracious Remarks :)
Block your Seat in Amity Noida >Apj
Ask for fee refund policy ( Till how many days they will refund )
Try In Delhi schools in Jan 2018 as session will start in Apr for everyone take your final call .
Thanks Sakshi. will surely block seats before looking for some other options.
Also, I am getting feedback from few parents that students having schooling from outside Delhi are not considered as Domicile of Delhi and thus face problems while applying for higher education in Delhi colleges.
Please clarify if anyone is knowing about it.
My daughter got selected in APJ as well.
D.U does not have that requirement. But some engineering colleges have certain seats reserved for Delhi domicile .
If you check the Delhi government site for getting domicile certificate school passing certificate or birth certificate of the child can be considered for making a domicile certificate. My daughter was born in Delhi so we can get her the Delhi domicile certificate. So I don't think that passing out of Delhi school is mandatory to be considered for getting a domicile certificate
please suggest if there would be any 2nd list for FAS Noida
Jaya
They don't have official waiting list but yes k few go for DpsN/Somerville or News Age Schools or Amity N some parents don't take admissions as per personal preference.but chances are very low
Hi Sakshi,
Need your advice. My son got selected in both FASN and DPSI and I need to choose one by tomorrow. In DPSI, it was a sibling case. Though we have no complaints with DPSI as my elder kid is studing in that but high fees is a concern as compared to FASN. Also not much emphasis given in DPSI on english speaking. DPSI has two buildings (One for Nursery to KG and 5th 12th and other around half a km in which class 1st to 5th are held). If I admit my younger son in DPSI so he'll not be in same building as my elder son in 2nd class. Staying in Indirapuram, and its walkable for DPSI while FASN is like 6 km around. We know DPSI curriculaam, activities etc. so bit comfortable with it. But FASN has lower fees, emphasis on english, discipline etc.
Please suggest.
Request other parents having similar case to advice please.
Go for FASN
Rajesh
No doubt FASN fees is low and more sought after than DPSI but DPSI is also quite sought after and you are satisfied also
but
1 Sibling should go to the same school as lot of advantages in long run for children and parents and
2 Distance is key factor for children is long run for 14 yrs
Go for DPSI
Sakshi n All,
In this forum, people are keeping FASN better than many of the Noida Schools in Academics. Why ?
someone posted 12th Results of last year and Amity/DPSN/Somerville were much higher in rank than FASN.
Even in Above 90% marks category, 40% of Amity/DPS/Somerville students scored 90% or more whereas the figures for FASN were 20%.
