For Amity Noida  nursery admission my status is showing " 2nd waitlist will be announced after a week".

Pl explain what does it mean?

i did have a look around the school when i was there for interaction. Though guards did allow me to deviate the interaction area path however with whatever i can see ..the school has real nice infra, sports facilities, medical room, library and moreover now the school is centrally ac till 12th..

Did any member try to visit the Amity school for having to tour to check the school, classes, etc?

We wanted to visit the school, but were told that it is not allowed now and we should have seen things when we were inside the school for interactions.

this is true Prince but these in way discourage parents too as the way school is run.

Basically, what i think is Amity is doing 2 things here - first they are trying to make as much money possible through forms. Second, they are trying to backfill their seats for the folks who've withdrawn admission and also creating for room for the ones who will withdraw in coming days.. hence keeping a lot of people on standby.. like if "I leave, they will give my seat to you" and if "you leave they will give it to someone else" ... something like that!!  its frustrating for parents who genuinely want to get through Amity..

may i know what does this mean? is it that we are not in the waiting list and it's almost 'NO'? if someone could help to figure out because we need to confirm somewhere else if not this.status

Sailing in same boat, its bit tough to get into Delhi schools, just hoping Amity comes out positive, but reading Tarun's comment again is very typical situation as first interactoions are still going on
