Few schools ask for the First Child certificate not all schools and it has to be submitted in the school at the time of filling form. And if you will fill online form and that school doesn't have it's own payment gateway then you need to take print and attach the first born child along with other docs and hand over at the school counter. You should be ready with a total of 5 first born certificate and that's enough and you can have these from District Center janak Puri( Rs 50 per document). Let me know for any concerns.

Hi varun, if possible share any CNT no or name/add from where we can hv these certificate made...in dwarka court they r charging Rs 500 for each certificate..

Required Docs.

1. Mother Adhaar card.
2. Father Adhaar card
3. Child Adhaar card.
4. First born Child certificate.
5. Vaccine Certificate. From Doctor and submit print of it in schools not original
6. One school ask for a Blood Group also, take one blood group tested for child and submit photocopy.
7. Photos of Everyone.
