Shri Ram Global School and The Shri Ram School are related to each other?

I am nursery admission seeker for my son for the session 2017-2018. I have come across a couple of schools at sector 45 and New Colony Gurgaon who call themselves as Shri Ram Global School.

Their websites: http://srgs.co.in/index.php and http://shriramglobalschool.org/Default.aspx

From the "About" section of these websites it seems that both Shri Ram Global School and The Shri Ram School has same  founding organization, which has established the renowned institutions like Lady Shri Ram College, Shri Ram College of Commerce.

So, wanted to know if Shri Ram Global School is anyway affiliated to The Shri Ram School, considering both of them belongs to same parent group?
