But sir, the schools are not listening the point 15(iv) and they are not in a mood to accept the child of over and above of 4 years.  In other words they are insisting the parents to apply child between 3 to 4 (i.e. born in between 01.04.14 to 31.03.15).  I am facing this issue.  I am from south and i did not knew this rule last year.  This year my baby is over by 4 months and i am not allowed to apply for pre-school (LKG) since some of the schools' online registration is not accepting her candidature.  Please someone help.
