sankriti school photo upload problem

unable to upload photos for sanskriti form

have asked for 20 kb size

doesnt accept even 10 kb size

I am also facing the same problem.

I tried to compress the photo, reduce dimensions by cutting various parts of photo, but it doesn't works.

Try to keep file name short without ant special character and add .jpg while saving file name.

Try this, it will work

Use a program called paint.net. I had to fiddle around with the settings as well. What worked for me was to have a photo that was 155 (w) by 200 (h) pixels, and which was below 20KB. (The pixel resolution is also important). File name was not a problem as I used special characters.
