Documents required for Indian School

anybody who has already filled in form for The Indian School can you please update what all documents are required to be submitted along with registration form to be submitted at school before 17th Jan 2018.

apart from Address proof and Birth certificate any Fancy requiremnts

1. affidavit for first born or girl child?

2. vaccinations/ medical certificate?

3. Child Aadhar no.?

4. etc.

Please update incase no special requirement I can take the documents and fill in the form at the school itself., thanks in advance.

As far I remember there was nothing else. Sixth one was not needed in my case

1. First child joint declaration from parents - Even though I submitted Affidavit, it can be simple declaration with signature

2. Medical certificate

3. Child Aadhar - not mandatory

4. Address Proof

5. Passport photos of child, mother and father

6. Alumni/Sibling proof if applicable

Same requirement for The Foundation School

Is their any format of Medical certificate or is it ok to get it written from doctor on his letter head that child is fit and doesn't suffer from any ailments?

No particular format. I got it from doctor on his letter head that she is fit, vaccinated and doesn't suffer from any ailments. This will do.

Didn't include Birth Certificate since you mentioned. Carry two copies of each if you want to apply for the sister concern, The Foundation School, which is afternoon shift (Nursery school timings is 12.30 to 5.30pm which i confirmed from them). The submission timings are same but separate form and document set needed. Medical certificate xerox is enough. Each copy should be self - attested.
