Basava International - One time entry fee

Basava International is charging 70,000 as one time entry fees. I feel it is very high and they have not mentioned this component in fee structure at website. Is this really the fee or donation? Any DOE guidelines?

These are profit making organisations and bounding the parents by this clause if you want to change your mind for good options u have to forgive the same as a huge non refundable opportunity cost is associated with it

Almost every school in dwarka asks for the same. Some less some high. Like BGS 50K, Basava 70K. DIS 30K etc. You have to give that to get admission.

Never pay before 1st list and all schools get this amount in name of the trust they are associated and not in school name and your hard earned money at risk if you get a better option later.

How is Basava and Mount Carmel in terms of education, co-curricular activities, infrastructure etc? also if you could rank Basava, mount carmel, Presidium, Indian Heights, DIS plz

@Anchal Gupta. Mount Carmel is one of the good school in dwarka. If ranking i would go like Mount Carmel>Basava>Presidium>Indian Height>DIS

Hi Sandeep, is there a possibility that the name does not come in any of the draw list?? if yes, then whats the next steps?

Also on a scale of 10, if you could compare Mount carmel and basava in terms if education, faculty, exam results, security, activities etc plz

@Anchal Gupta. Mount carmel=8, Basava=6. Yes its possible. You can try some schools like DIS,DIS egde, SAM, MBS, Suchdeva Global later as they can provide you seats after list process is complete as parents choose school according to their budget. Also you may apply next year for KG/Prep. also if not able to get admission this year. But if you can enroll get the child enroll in school and try for better school next year if you want to be relaxed.

Basava increases the entry fee for all by Rs.10 K each year to get admission. Can file a complaint with DOE against those schools.
