I have received a call from the school and they are saying they are not able to rectify the mistake. They send the matter to their head of department. Then what should I do?  For how many days I have to wait?

Hi all I see wrong score being awarded by School, .my areas falls under thier neighborhood criteria but as per DOE summary school hasn't awarded a score for this criteria please suggest where to approach?

You should approach School immediately as few parents did this and got it rectified.

I have made the complaint yesterday on email id and school also and now I have checked the list they have remove the name of my child from the list.
