All the Draw of lots will most probably happen before 15th Feb.

Wait till 8th Feb. and then check schools' websites. or give them a call.

Dear Kanika , 

Did u get the call from Hansraj for original documents verification. Bcz i went to school today and i have seen the candidates list on notice board for original documents verification.tomorrow is the first draw with 70 points. And they have only 197 vacancies

It is not compulsory to attend the Draw of lots process. 

They will upload the results on their respective websites.

Some schools might call you informing the selection of your child some might not.

Do keep checking schools' websites regularly.

Anjali,

Normally school dont resist anyone on the date of Draw. You just have to show them your registration slip. 

But its beneficial to go to those ones, in which either you have been called or you are sure you will make it up to at least a waiting list. 

After this draw, I have seen they generally dont entertain parents till 15th Feb in which case it is compulsory for them to put the reults of Draw. 

So yeah results would be there but after/on 15th Feb, but if you want to confirm in which school your seat has been confirmed before 15th Feb, you should attend the Draw.

Do all schools prior inform the draw dates?Because I haven't seen any of them except hansraj in their respective website.

Yes, And as per the guideliness laid down by DOE they are bound to inform the parents regarding the Date of Draw.

For the information dispersal which medium they use it is up-to them.

They might message / mail/ or upload it on website.

In my opinion good schools generally announce draw dates. Though there are few exceptions.

Friends,Make it a point to attend all  draw of lots as many school put chits themselves and don't allow parents to check their names, I am sharing my personal experience of previous  years.
