On their website there is an option of Checking your Registered Forms. 

You have to fill in the Registration no. And you will receive and OTP for log in.

Check once if you have filled it correctly, if it is a clerical error or a mistake done at Schools' end. Write a mail mentioning all the details and visit them to sort it.

The school will conduct its draw of lots for Pre-Primary (Kindergarten) and Pre-School (Nursery) Admissions for the Academic session 2018-19 on Tuesday, February 13, 2018, having confirmed with the Directorate of Education, GNCT of Delhi, that February 14, 2018 will be observed as a holiday for Mahashivratri.
