POINTS TO NOTE
First List (General Category)
❖ Parents of selected candidates are requested to collect
admission forms from the School Reception from 16th
February, 2018 to 1 9
th February, 2018 from 8:30 a.m to
10:30 am.
❖ Parents of selected candidates are also requested to
bring their originals of all the documents for verification at
the time of admission.
❖ Kindly submit a self-attested copy of the following
documents. Also please submit a soft copy on a CD/
pendrive in a jpg/pdf format along with the admission form
and fees:
❖ The admission formalities for the selected candidates
will be completed by 19th February, 2018.
a. Date of Birth certificate.
b. Blood group and vaccination certificate.
c. Residence proof.
d. 5 passportsize photographs of the child.
e. 1 photograph each of the parents.
f. The admission form has to be completed, signed
by both the parents.
g. Aadhaar Card of both the parents and the child.
❖ Candidates on waiting list may check their status from the
School Reception on 20
th February, 2018.
❖ Non completion of Admission formalities as above by the
lastdate willresultin offering the seatto next candidate on the
waiting list.
