Form Dates | Admission Criteria | Results | Fee Details | List of All Schools
We have been lucky enough for our child to be shortlisted at Sardar Patel Vidyalaya. We don't have any other shortlists amongst Vasant Valley, Sanskriti, Shri Ram, Modern, DPS, Springdales, Mothers International, Ahlcon etc
We're in transferable roles and are worried that if we need to move out of Delhi in a few years time our child will be disadvantaged by having been educated in Hindi medium over her early years.
I would love to get some opinions from parents/alumni on this topic.
Thanks all especially to the moderators who have been doing an excellent job managing this forum.

Did u make it through SPV?
We have made thruogh the first list.....my elder daughter also goes there.
What information do you need?
Vaidarbhi
@vaidharbhi can you let us know how the switch to Hindi in Class V was made? Also in Class II or III for instance if your daughter had to switch to an English medium school would she have been able to manage?
Hi
My daughter has also been selected forSPV. My only concern is that its a hindi Medium For Primary School.Does it effect Kid's Proficiency in English.
Are all subjects books are also in HIndi ??
Please give your review.
Hi,
My son has also made into the list of finally selected kids of SPV. So far I have received quite good reviews about this school. Perhaps Vaidarbhi can share more details about this school as her elder kid is already studying here. I want to know few things like pedagogy, extra curricular activities, staffs, safety measures, sports activities and overall ambiance. As far as question raised by Hari is concerned, I think it really doesn't matter if school provides education in Hindi medium till class 4-5. In fact it is good coz now a days most school lack in providing quality education in Hindi and focusing on English more (which child learns anyway by the time he/she reaches college). And even if you are transferred to any other place, there shouldn't be much problem in adjusting with the new school. Just my two cents!
Problem may be there if Hari moves to southern India as Hindi is known less and English is only medium of communication for North Indians... Rest all places it should be OK. If you want your child to stand away from crowd SPV is the choice of school you should opt for... People say this... Good wishes go with the flow and leave the rest on child...
share your no...i forgot to take
CAn someone please guide for mnagement quota seats in SPV?
