regarding refund of fees

I have to submit DD in ramjas tomorrow. what if i withdraw later if i get any better school.The lady at reception is telling that they will refund after deducting 200 but then she also tells the school will hold a meeting on 31st march regarding refund of fees what should i do plz any1 suggest.
