OPEN /GENERAL CATEGORY (SESSION 2018-2019)

List of candidates from the Waiting List Serial No. 31 to 50 selected during the Draw
of Lots held on 12th February 2018 is displayed on the Notice Board/School Website.
Parents are advised to contact the School Reception for depositing the fee and for
completing Admission formalities on 23rd and 24th February 2018 between 10.00 a.m.
to 1.00 p.m.
PLEASE BRING ORIGINAL AND ATTESTED PHOTO COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING
DOCUMENTS FOR VERIFICATION / SUBMISSION PURPOSE:-
1. Original Birth Certificate of the child issued by Municipal Corporation/
Appropriate Authority.
2. Any one of the following documents (in original) as proof of residence.
i) Passport
ii) Ration Card
iii) Voter Id Card
iv) Telephone bill (MTNL)
v) Electricity Bill (TPDDL)
vi) Aadhar Card of the parents
3. Sibling Proof ( latest Fee Receipt / Report Card of Sibling)- if applicable
4. Alumni (X / XII Pass Certificate) - if applicable
Note:
1) Presence of both the parent is mandatory for the completion of admission
formalities.
2) Bring a Demand Draft in favour of ‘N.K. Bagrodia Public School ’ for
Rs. 35,000/-(Rupees Thirty Five Thousand Only) towards fees, subject to
adjustment.
3) Bring two latest coloured passport size photograph of the child and one each
of mother and father.
In case admission is not taken by the specified date i. e. by Saturday 24th February
2018 the vacant seat/seats will be offered to the next candidate in the Waiting List as
per the admission policy/criteria. No claim for admission shall be entertained
thereafter.

@Swati: There is no harm in contacting school.

Always go prepared with an application & copy of the form..!!

Also today is 4th Saturday. almost all school have PTM. If you have someone in your neighbor who has kids there, request them to tag you along..!! Its an easy entry..!!
