There is no fixed format, you have to just mention that you want to withdraw your ward from the school.As you have got admission in schools of your choice or near your home.

You don't have to give explanation but just give them written application.

Rest parents can share inputs.

ok thanks maám, as many of my friends suggest me not to write about new admission, so i was confused about it.

Will school not know you have got admission in other school.

You can just write your want to withdraw from school ( giving any reason of transfer or whatsoever suits you , if you think refund would be an issue).

Rest final call is yours.
