Problem in Submitting DPS RKP form

I am facing a problem while submitting the DPS RKP form. When I try submitting the form, the screen shows a message saying "age not eligible". My child was born in October 2015 so the age should be fine. Is anyone facing this problem? how can we resolve it?

you can call 011-49115500 their phone number to to check if there is a problem. Age of the child seems right.

Even I faced this issue. seems this is a bug at their end. LEts wait for couple of days. 

You can also drop an email to "gethelp@dpsrkp.net" about this error.

Same problem while submitting the form in the end, it’s surly a bug in the form, will write them soon.

its a tech issue. try on tuesday. thats what iv come to know.

Thanks! Managed to submit the form. Got stressed the first time round when they said age not eligible - thought I miscalculated and applied a year late!! Stress of nursery admissions!
