Hi,

At the time of form submission you can submit the Self-attested Xerox copies, but for admission confirmation/seat booking originals needs to be submitted. 

Some schools like Ramjas, Anand Parbat asked to submit Original First Born Affadavit at the time of form submission. Schools will require Original Vaccination Card for the verification and they will not keep it. 

It is advisable to get multiple original copies made for Birth Certificate, Medical Certificate, Photocopies of Vaccination Chart attested by the Doctor, First Born Affadavits.

Thank you Gaurav, one last thing, can I get the medical certificate from a doctor from FORTIS hospital? Or it has to be issued by a doctor from Government hospital?

It's school specific, unless mentioned by respective school, you can give private  hospital medical certificate.

Also check first born child affidavit as some schools are school specific.
