DWARKA SCHOOLS - Which schools require HARD COPY SUBMISSION AS WELL?

Hello All Parents,

I reside in Dwarka Sector -6.

I have filled up the forms of a few schools for entry level (pre-nursery) and then learnt during the process that:

Bal Bharti Public School (Sector 12) - requires a print out of the online submitted form + aerial distance print out from google maps + online payment receipt - to be submitted in hard copy at the School also;
NK Bagrodia (Sector 4) - print out of online submitted form + birth certificate of the child + address proof - to be submitted in hard copy at the school as well.
Nirmal Bhartia School - hard copy not required to be submitted.

For the above, I called each of the Schools and checked. Now most of the schools are closed at this hour.

DPS will accept online form only as advised by Latha ji on this forum on Jan 1.

Please advise me for other schools as well:

St. Thomas School, Sector 19

BGS International,sector 5

VIS, Sector 10

SVIS, Sector 12

Indraprastha Intl School, sector 10

Mount Carmel, Sector 22;

Maxfort School, Sector 7;

Presidium, Sector 6;

Queen's Valley, Sector 8;

ITL Public School, Sector 9.

Indraprastha International School, Sector 10 is accepting registration form by hand only which means in Hard Copy only (as per the school website)

St. Thomas School, Sector 19 - Form submission and Payment of Rs.25/- can be done through online. No hardcopy submission required.

BGS International,sector 5 - Online filling of form only. + Printout of Online filled application, DD/Pay order and Distance proof from google Map has to be submitted at school gate.

VIS, Sector 10 - Form submission and Payment of Rs.25/- can be done through online only. No hardcopy submission required.

SVIS, Sector 12 - Form submission and Payment of Rs.25/- can be done through online only. No hardcopy submission required.

Indraprastha Intl School, sector 10 - Online and Offline forms are available. Filled application has to be deposited at school gate along with photo copy of Address proof, Birth certificate, aadhar of child and parents, photograph of child and parents, vaccination, medical fitness certificate.

Mount Carmel, Sector 22; - Form submission and Payment of Rs.25/- can be done through online only. No hardcopy submission required.

Maxfort School, Sector 7; - Online and Offline forms are available. Filled application has to be deposited at school reception along with photo copy of Address proof, Birth certificate, photograph of child and parents.

ITL Public School, Sector 9. Online and Offline forms are available. Filled application has to be deposited at school reception along with photo copy of Address proof, Birth certificate, photograph of child and parents, vaccination, medical fitness certificate.

Modern Convent, Sec 4 has both Online and offline mode and if you fill Online then do not require hardcopy submission

DAV school, Sec 6 has Online mode and Filled application has to be deposited at school gate along with photo copy of Address proof, Birth certificate, mother and father educational proofs, vaccination, medical fitness certificate.

You are advised to fill in Online form.
The online registration forms will be available at the school website from Saturday, 15th December 2018 to Monday, 7th January 2019. The last date for receiving all forms is Monday, 7th January 2019.
Please read this page completely and understand it before filling the Registration Form.
Submit the details online and pay a Registration Fee of Rs. 25/- online. You will receive an acknowledgement mail having registration number and online payment details.
Completed Registration Form needs to be submitted online latest by Monday, 7th January 2019 till 2:00 pm.
Total number of seats available is 190. [Open seats - 105, Seats under the Disadvantaged groups and Weaker sections -47 (25% of total seats), Management seats - 38 (20% of total seats)]
Children whose birth date falls between 1st April 2015 and 31st March 2016 are eligible for registration for the academic session 2019-2020.
This registration will be treated as provisional until you submit the duly completed scanned documents online before the due date.
The admission process has been designed to provide equal opportunity to all and to maintain transparency in the admission process.
Those who will be selected after the draw of lots will be called for the verification of the submitted data. Please bring original documents along with self-attested photocopies as supporting evidence of the filled-in data on the day of verification.
