block one option whatever you have and keep on trying for better ones. you should not mind losing some money also in the process if you can afford. The risk is worth it.

Hi Ridhima... you mentioned that you’ve got the call for KG admission. I assume your child would already be in nursery class in some formal school. If your child is already in a formal school, then you can wait and try to go for school of your choice. However if your child is not in a formal school then the situation becomes slightly desperate and I would recommend that go ahead and block the seat in Sachdeva. It’s a decent school; however DPS , Nirmal Bhartia and NK Bagrodia are obviously better.

On a side note - to assist in selecting between DPS , NK Bagrodia and Nirmal Bhartia, I am sharing my two cents (my son is in Nirmal Bhartia , and daughters of my colleagues are in DPS):
NK Bagrodia and DPS are great when it comes to rigour and academic focus. Nirmal Bhartia adopts a more balanced approach in the initial years and the teaching style of Nirmal Bhartia is innovative and different. So far I am satisfied with progress in child. What though sets Nirmal Bhartia apart from other major schools is their individual attention. The area of improvement in Nirmal Bhartia is the higher classes; where DPS and even NKB scores higher that NiBS. One more area you may want to take note of is the fees. Nirmal Bhartia fees would be much higher than DPS and NKB .

Thank u bindesh for your reply . My son is doing nursery from preschool right now . You are right that y I am very concerned.

Block the seat. Dont risk it.
