Hansraj Model school , Punjabi bagh

Dear Friends,

Recently Hansraj model school conducted lucky draw for children with 50 points. Unfortunately my child was selected in lucky draw ( not even waiting list) but i want my child admission in hansraj model school. I request inputs from experience parents on how to approach school for admission now ( Managment quota).

Hi,

# Attrition rate at Hans Raj is very high. Parents book their seats and file for admission withdrawal once they secure a seat with a better school.

# 200 Candidates' waiting list proves the above statement.

# Last year they were offering admissions to certain parents till the month of May as well.

# Approaching Schools for Management Seats is all about using different mediums to convey your interest in the school.

# You can explore your network. But, I am assuming you don't know anyone within the school, that's why this query on this portal.

# Try if you can get in touch with any prominent person within Punjabi Bagh, like Mr.Sirsa, Mr.Chandela or Mr.Sarna or with sitting councilor, office of Mr. Parvesh Verma (Member of Parliament of this constituency).

# Failing to get any direct approach, i suggest you email them regarding your interest in the school and drop letters in the drop-box installed outside the school gate.

# Content of e-mails/ letter should be something in tune with how you as a parent would be able to contribute for the betterment of the school, how much you connect with the schools Mission/vision, how important this seat is for your child's future, if you have any, attach Pre-school certificates of your childs extra curricular activities.

# Call them request for an appointment with Mrs.Bhat (Principal) or with the Convener of Admissions committee.

But, I suggest keep looking for other schools as well and I am sure you will get a good seat.

i stay in karampura and hansraj was approx 3.5 km from my place. If i my child couldnt be selected for this school , i feel very little probality for selection with higher distances from my place. Any ways i too have filled many school ( most of schools mentioned by you in excel shared i have filled) lets see what our luck decides

Gaurav i just have one more query if can help .

Few days back i have recieved call frm Manavsthali Global school , Double Story Rajender Nagar for admission.

I just want to know should i get my child admitted in manavsthali global , school claims all there students will be transfered to manavsthali rajender nager after completing 7th standard ?
