Notice for Pre School Applicants
The draw for Pre School applicants for the session 2019-20 scoring same points,
shall be held on 31st January, 2019 at 12:00noon in the school premises. The list
of applicants scoring same points is displayed on the website & the notice board of
the school.
Instructions for parents
 To keep the transparency, the draw shall be conducted following a proper
procedure by the Committee constituted by the school.
 The interested applicants may attend the said draw as per the above
schedule.
 Entry Time for parents :11:30am – 11:50am
 The school would like to assure the parents that their ward’s name will be
included in the lottery even if they are not present for the draw.
 Since the number of candidates for the draw of lots is more, only one parent
will be allowed to witness & participate in the draw. No one other than the
parent would be allowed due to security reasons.
 It is must to carry acknowledgement slip & a photo ID card for entry in the
school for draw of lots.
 The 1st list of selected students will be displayed along with the 1st Waiting
List on 4/02/19 on the school notice board & on school website at 8:30am.
Note: Admission is subject to submission & verification of documents at
the time of admission.

Candidates from Sr. No. 1 to Sr. No. 44 will be considered for admission directly on the basis of points secured by them as per the criteria adopted by the school.
Draw of lots will be conducted on 31.01.2019 at 9:00 AM for 458 eligible candidates (Sr. No. 45 To Sr. No. 502 ) who have secured 40 points for remaining 72 seats

Entry in the school premises on 31.01.2019 for draw of lots will be restricted to one parent of eligible candidate for attending draw of lots.
First list of selected candidates for admission in Class Pre-School (2019-20) will be displayed on 04.02.2019 at 03:00 PM on school's website and notice board

no sms no call. got to know at last moment. some Schools are being selective in passing on information through call and sms.
