Pre School
1. Admission confirmed for students who have secured
90 and 80 points subject to verification of original documents.
Their names are not included in the draw.
Confirmed admission case may kindly bring the
following documents in original along with photocopy on
04-02-2019(Monday) between 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon for
verification.
a) Hardcopy of the Registration Form
b) Documents so enlisted in the Registration Form
c) Medical Fitness Certificate of the child (from registered
M.B.B.S. Doctor)
2. Draw will be held from amongst students obtaining 70 points
on 01-02-2019 (Friday) in the school ground at 10:00 a.m.

3. Only one member of the family shall be allowed to attend the
draw.
4. Children are not allowed for the draw.
5. Time schedule shall be strictly adhered too.
6. Draw shall be held for all eligible applicants whether present
or not during course of draw.
7. Entry for draw will be from Gate No. 4.

The schedule for draw of lots for Pre-School (3+ Age Group)
Session 2019-2020 will be as follows:-
• Alumni 1 February (Friday) 2019 8:00 a.m.
• Staff Quota 1 February (Friday) 2019 8:30 a.m.
• Sibling 1 February (Friday) 2019 9:00 a.m.
• General Category 1 February (Friday) 2019 10:00 a.m.
Note:- Those children who are not selected in draw of lots under Sibling
Category will be included for draw of lots under General Category.
No separate intimation will be given to parents regarding draw of lots.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES
1. It is compulsory to bring acknowledgement slip for the draw.
2. Original documents to be brought for verification. The photocopied documents submitted should be self-attested.
3. Fee is to be paid by Cheque/DD after verification of original documents on the following days:
5 February, 2019 (Tuesday) 8:00 a.m. – 11: 00 a.m.
6 February, 2019 (Wednesday) 8:00 a.m. – 11: 00 a.m.
7 February, 2019 (Thursday) 8:00 a.m. – 11: 00 a.m.
8 February, 2019 (Friday) 8:00 a.m. – 11: 00 a.m.
11 February, 2019 (Monday) 8:00 a.m. – 11: 00 a.m.
12 February, 2019 (Tuesday) 8:00 a.m. – 11: 00 a.m.
4. It is compulsory for both the parents of the selected child to be present along with the child at the time of verification of
documents and payment of fees.
5. If any document is found incorrect/ false, admission will be cancelled.
6. Resolution of queries of parents, if any (by written, email, verbal interaction) regarding allotment of points to their wards, in
the first list will be taken up from 5 February,2019 (Tuesday) to 12 February,2019 (Tuesday), between 8:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.,
except 9 February, 2019 (Saturday) &10 February, 2019 (Sunday).

In order to determine the list of selected applicants/ 1st waiting list, the draw of lot will be held among the applicants who have scored 70 points on 30.01.2019 at 11:00 am in School premises, the interested parents may remain present during the draw of lot.
