MPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARENTS OF THE SELECTED CANDIDATES

You are requested to come to DPS R. K. Puram, Sector XII with your ward for his/her medical check-up. Kindly bring the following papers / documents to complete the admission formalities for Pre-School for the session 2019 - 2020

- A Pay Order / Demand Draft of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand only) in favour of the respective Junior School i.e. Delhi Public School, Vasant Vihar / Delhi Public School, East of Kailash payable at New Delhi, is to be submitted out of the total school fees (approx. Rs.1,65,000/-) plus applicable transport facility charges opted by the candidate. This amount will be adjusted against the fee for the academic session 2019 - 2020. The balance amount will be paid in equal instalments. Details will be mentioned in the fee bill which will be issued in due course of time.
- Medical Form duly completed and signed by a Registered Medical Doctor.
- Two passport size photographs each of the child, the father and the mother.
- Original Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation.
- Proof of residence as listed on the school website. Originals have to be shown for final verification.
- In case of Sibling, the fee bill issued by the school office for the academic session 2018 - 2019.
- In case of Alumni, a copy of the passing certificate of X / XII issued by CBSE.
- In case of Legally Adopted Child – relevent legal document certifying the same.
