I have a query regarding the second list of Admission? Is there hope of getting admission for those whose name is not in the waiting list as well. ?

Yes.

Many vacancies after 2nd List as most of parents have applied in more than 20 schools and would take admission in single school.

Seeing previous year trend, vacancies would be there.
