Private Schools Fee Refund Policy for nursery admission 2019

Respected Parents,

Need help on details related to fees refund rules on school change.
We have checked with school but they are saying no such rules proposed by Govt.
We have mailed Director education and Sec. education several times but no luck.
No one is picking up call as per numbers mentioned on Del Edu site.
Kindly help whether any such rule is there or it is expected to come in few days.

Any information on this matter will surely help.

Except Minority Schools( As they have Autonomy from Hon'HC to frame their own guidelines and Some Minority schools are misusing it.)

Rest all schools need to follow the fee refund policy,see link below.

Thanks a lot for your concern and reply.

School has told us that there are not Govt rules for 2019 admission for fee refund at time of admission.

So we need to check in such case old rule applies?

So that we can go to school and discuss again.

Kindly confirm same once.

Yes it is valid for 2019,As per Govt rules till any Govt Notification is not amended, It remains valid as was valid for 2016,20017.2018.

You can Double Chk with Deputy Dir of your area.

We will go tomorrow to school with the fee refund order that you have shared on link.

"You can Double Chk with Deputy Dir of your area." No one is picking up call there, so we might need to visit as a person.

If there are any deviations from school than kindly guide us next possible steps that can be done.

School Specific ( As Holy Child RKP has mentioned on it's website, that fee is not refundable but many do refund.( Some might have different fee refund policy).

 As they have Autonomy from Hon'HC to frame their own guidelines and Some Minority schools are misusing it.

St Michael;s at the time admission said fees is non refundable , should i still try and request them for refund or is it a lost cause.
