NOTICE FOR DRAW (General Category)

Draw of Lots for preparation of 1^st List and Waiting List for admission to class Nursery session 2020-21 shall be held on Thursday, the 23^rd January 2020 at 11.00 a.m. from amongst candidates who had scored 70 points. 82 candidates who scored more than 70 points get automatically selected for List I.

The parents of children who scored 70 points are requested to please attend the Draw and be in their seats latest by 10.30 a.m.

The list of all the applicants with the score is as under.
 Classes for Pre-School will be held in the school building located in the
Maulana Azad Society, Pitampura, Delhi.
 The scoring has been done by the computer on the basis of the information
filled by the parents. No verification has been done by the school at this stage.
 The school will verify the details only for the candidates selected for
admission after the draw of lots.
 Any information found incorrect/incomplete at the time of verification during
the admission process will lead to cancellation of selection/admission.
 All the parents who have filled more than one form for his/her ward and the
name is still appearing more than once in the total list of registered applicants,
the parents are requested to submit an application clarifying the reason for
multiple submission (at the school gate no-1 between 9:00 am to 11:00 am
latest by 20th Jan 2020). In case of failure to inform, as said above, both the
forms are liable to be rejected.
 It’s once again brought to the notice of all, that the distance will be measured
from school using GOOGLE MAPS aerial distance only. You can refer to the link
on the school website. Any discrepancy in the distance will lead to cancellation
of the selection/admission.

 Any resolution of query should be submitted at the School Gate No. 1 between
18th to 20th January 2020 between 9.00 – 11.00 am in the prescribed form
available at the School Gate No. 1.
 The applicants qualifying for the draw of lots along with the date and time of the
draw will be displayed on the school website on 20th January 2020 after 4 pm.
The proposed date for draw of lots is 21st January 2020.

Srijan School

The List of all applicants is being displayed alongwith points scored (on the basis of information/ document submitted by parents). Download the File from the link above or from here. Points have been allocated on the basis of criteria for admission formed by the school as per DOE norms. In case a parent seeks any clarification on points allocated, he/ she may approach the school office between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on 21st and 22nd January 2020. No request will be entertained thereafter. Names of 33 applicants are included in the list who have been granted age relaxation of 30 days as per the DOE circular no. DE15()/PSB/2019/13009-014 dated 22/11/2019. A list of 32 rejected applicants is also being displayed (ineligible as per age criteria) and a list of 11 rejected applicants is also being displayed (address mismatch). A draw of lots will be held for all candidates scoring 100 points on Thursday, 23rd January 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in the school. Parents may attend the draw. Entry of parents will be subject to production of original acknowledgement slip issued at the time of submission of form. All eligible applicants’ name will be put up for draw irrespective of their presence at the time of draw of lots. The first list of selected candidates will be put up on the school notice board & website on Friday, 24th January 2020 by 5:00 p.m. Typographical errors in the list displayed are subject to verification and rectification by the school authorities.

NOTIFICATION FOR VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS OF SHORTLISTED APPLICANTS UNDER GENERAL CATEGORY AND INTIMATION OF
‘DRAW OF LOTS’

 

PRE-SCHOOL 2020-2021

 

Further to the Registration process for Pre-School admission held from 29 Nov 2019 to 27 Dec 2019, a total of 2875 applicants have registered for admission under general category. List of all registered applicants with their scores in descending order is attached as a separate document.

 

­­­­77 applicants scoring 50 points and above in aggregate as per the list attached have been shortlisted for verification of documents for admission to Pre-School under General Category. The schedule of verification is appended below:-

Note: Not reporting for verification process on mentioned date by the eligible applicants will be treated as their unwillingness and forfeit their claim for admission.  It’s a time bound process and no request for change/extension of date will be considered under any condition.

 

The following documents in original are required to be presented for verification along with a set of self attested photocopies.

 

• Original Birth Certificate of the child issued by Municipal Corporation or equivalent authority.

 

• Some indicative documents which can be submitted as proof of residence (any two proofs of the following)

 

1. i) Ration card issued in the name of Parents (Mother/Father having name of child)

 

1. ii) Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents

 

iii) Voter-I Card (EPIC) of any of the parent

 

1. iv) Latest Electricity bill/MTNL bill/Water bill/passport in the name of any of the parent or child.

 

1. v) Aadhaar card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parent.

 

 

 

• Medical fitness certificate of the child issued by a Medical Officer.

 

• In case of sibling applicants, the school Identity/RFID Card /Fee Bill of the sibling studying in DPS Dwarka.

 

• Copy of AISSCE (Class XII) Board Pass certificate/ Marks Statement of the parent(s) for claim under Alumni Category.

 

Please Note that Original documents are to be produced for verification and a set of  Self Attested photocopies of the above documents are to be submitted. No undertaking regarding the documents mentioned above and/or additional time for submission of documents will be accepted at the time of verification of documents.

Parents are requested to adhere to the allotted time to avoid inconvenience to other parents.

 

Draw of lots for the remaining seats for all applicants at 45 points will be held on Tuesday, 21 January 2020.  Detailed notification will be issued on Monday, 20 Jan 2020 by 06.00 p.m.
