Adding to the above list is DL DAV pitampura. For their 194 open seats they released list of 700 candidates for document verification between 18 to 22 Jan. During verification principal tried to persuade every parent to opt for Cambridge curriculum. Those who showed interest were called on 23 n 24 Jan to deposit fees . Those who told would go with cbse curriculum they asked them to come on 27 Jan if seats are vacants then only deposit the fees. Among 700 candidates called for verification no merit left then. On first come first serve basis Cambridge curriculum and admissions took place there.

Also if you see mam, DAV Dwarka also asks for education qualification and also certificates of parents last qualification which is also against DOE rule. Open flaunting of rules taking place. Its even mentioned on their website in guidelines.

Next if you see this year many schools (some even renowned) posted their list before 24th Jan and some even asked to pay fees on or before 24th. This is all to make parents take seat before they can think of choosing another school. System is totally exploited.

Exactly. They need to be extremely watchful and take actions about schools flaunting their guidelines.

Adharshila vidyapeeth start calling parents to deposit fees without even releasing list of candidates with points.

Many other schools - Vivekanand school Anand vihar is following this first come first serve policy.
I received the following sms on 30.1.2020 and just to know the real intentions we went there on 31.1.2020 and got to know that parents had queued up in front of this school since 4am and tokens were given to them between 7 to 7.30 am for the same.
"Dear Parent,
All the candidates of Pre-School securing 60 points can approach the school office to claim the left over seats under General Category on First Come First Serve basis, latest by 01/02/2020.

How can these schools fill up their seats without taking out the 2nd list on 12.2.20?
