Among JMI, DIS, GD Goenka, Indian Heights Dwarka ?

Didn't got listed in any good school in 2nd list too.

The only option left in hand is JMI, DIS, GD Goenka, Indian heights.

Please suggest which one to choose from above or is there any other better option than these without donation. ?

Call RD and St Thomas, give a paper application and tell them you want to get admission for General Quota...You May get call from their management.

What I conclude from this forum discussion is that:

JMI is good school but keeps on changing teachers, also playground is not there.

DIS is below average academically as well as other Co curriculum activity, hv small ground.

GD Goenka- have a big name & charge big bucks..moderate academically & hv big playground.

The Indian Height School- academically ok but no playground.

Help to choose best among above?

JM better than others. But if you try can get thru ITL, RD and St.Thomas.

Yes ma'am, academically JMI is good but shouldn't we have to compromise on playground

With one small ground or basket ball court they are perform all sports.

Just for information sake:

They have very good skating and aerobics coaches, and their kids perform and win at National level too (just for information sake), besides they have very good focus on personality grooming of the kids, and their library is also very nice (many good books that you won't find that easily in other school, e.g. J.C. Maxwell's biography which project how well they keep purest form of knowledge much beyond what one going to learn from course-books)

Got confused between JMI & RDR..

Should I compromise on ground area and go for academically best JMI OR overall ok RDR School. What's the verdict?

R.D.Rajpal School among the two.

3 prime reason for opting R. D. Rajpal over JMI (while you compare these two):

1. Infrastructure which is mammoth when we place both the school

2. Experienced and highly trained teaching staff as you know about it

3. Several platform and opportunity of the cross-grooming between the students the school offers, including many student club activities that shape the social and presenting outlook of the kids.

@Inder : RDR and ST Thomas both much better that schools you have mentioned. All you need to do is put a little more efforts and you will make it. All the best.
