ADMISSION NOTICE FOR PRE SCHOOL CLASS (ENTRY LEVEL)
OPEN/GENERAL CATEGORY (FROM WAITING LIST) (SESSION : 2020-21)

List of candidates from the Waiting List serial no. 41 to 47 selected during the draw of lots held
on Wednesday, 22/01/2020 is displayed on the notice board/school website.
Parents are advised to contact the School Reception for depositing the fee and for completing
Admission formalities on Tuesday 18th February, 2020 and Wednesday, 19th February, 2020
between 10.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
PLEASE BRING ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS AND ATTESTED PHOTOCOPIES OF THE
FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS FOR VERIFICATION/SUBMISSION PURPOSE:
1. Original Birth Certificate of the child issued by Municipal Corporation/
Appropriate Authority
2. Any one of the following documents (in original) as proof of residence:
i) Passport
ii) Ration Card
iii) Voter Id Card
iv) Telephone bill (MTNL)
v) Electricity Bill (TPDDL)
vi) Aadhar Card
3. Sibling Proof (Latest Fee Receipt/Report Card of Sibling), if applicable.
4. Alumni (X & XII Pass Certificate), if applicable.

Note:
1) Presence of both the parents is a mandatory for the completion of admission
formalities.
2) Bring a Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘N.K. Bagrodia Public School’ for
Rs.40, 000/- (Forty Thousand Only) towards fee, subject to adjustment.
3) Bring three latest coloured passport size photographs of the child, mother, father
and the guardian.
In case the admission is not sought by the specified date i.e. by 19.02.2020. The
vacant seat/seats will be offered to the next candidates in the waiting list as per the
Admission Policy/Criteria.
No claim for admission will be entertained thereafter.

Hansraj charged me a lumpsum of 27000, I don't have an idea of break up of the structure, I would get to know the amount for Books/Uniform on the day of Orientation. I think the fee should be around 7.5 to 8k per month excluding transport.

I paid approximately 65000 in New Era, it included Annual charges of 18000, admission fee of 5000, stationary is 4000, Uniform 2450, Quaterly fee is 30000 plus 3000 for meal, that makes it 11000 a month. School transport is 5500.
