NOTICE

The list of applicants for admission in Pre-School session 2021-22 along with the details of points allotted to them have been displayed on school Notice Board/School Website.  The applicants may verify the points allotted to them and they may point out mistake, if any, through email at school’s email id contact@rdpschool.edu.in latest by 12:00 pm on 08.03.2021.  The doubts raised, if any, will be resolved by the school upto 4:00 pm on 09.03.2021.

The applicants are also intimated that the draw of lot for determining the list of selected applicants in different categories will be held as per the following schedule:

 

The interested parents of the applicants may remain present during the draw of lot to ensure transparency.  It is also intimated that in order to maintain social distancing, maximum 100 nos. of parents on first come first basis will be allowed to enter the school and remain present during the draw of lot.  It is also intimated that not more than one person in respect of each applicant will be allowed.  The parents are also requested to follow the SOPs regarding COVID-19 protocol i.e. wear facemask, and carry hand sanitizer with them.

The necessary cooperation from the applicants is solicited.

DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS PERTAINING TO THE DRAW OF LOTS
 It is advisable to go through the list of points carefully
before Draw of Lots.
 Any change in the points will not be possible after the Draw
of Lots. Discrepancy, if any, should be reported via email to
nursery@dpsrohini.com by 6 pm, 16 Mar 2021.
 All the listed applicants under the given points have been
included in the Draw of Lots irrespective of whether they
are present or not.
Draw of Lots for General Category will be held at 8:30 am on
Wednesday, 17 March 2021.
Draw of Lots will be held for applicants at 55 points, 50 points
and 40 points separately for Nursery.
Kindly Note:
 Considering the COVID19 protocol of social distancing, only one
parent is expected to report.
 No child will be allowed inside the school premises.
 The applicant’s parent should carry a valid photo Id. (Driving
Licence, Aadhaar card, Voter Id card, etc.).
 Gates will open for parents at 8:15 am.
 All parents are required to download Aarogya Setu app on their
mobile devices.
 At the time of arrival, only asymptomatic parents will be a
llowed to enter after thermal screening. Parents should wait at
the gate till this process is completed.
 Suitable precautionary measures such as sanitation and
disinfection has been ensured in the school premises.
 Parents should ensure physical distancing while on the premises.
 Entry without masks will not be allowed.
 No food or water is available in the school campus.
 All the listed applicants under the given points have been
included in the Draw of Lots irrespective of whether they are
present or not.
 The first list of selected candidates (including Waiting List)
(along with marks allotted under point system) will be
uploaded by Saturday, 20 March 2021.
 Verification of documents for the First List of selected
candidates will commence from Monday, 22 March 2021.

regularly for updates.
 All communication regarding the admission process will be
entertained only through the email id : nursery@dpsrohini.com

Draw of lots for 55 seats out of 2584 candidates.
The selection of remaining 55 seats from General Category for admission to Nursery will
be done through “Draw of Lots” on 17th March 2021 (Wednesday) at 11 a.m. in the school
premises.
Parents are requested to note the following points:
1. The Registration Nos. of all 2584 Registered candidates who got 50 points will be
included in the “Draw of Lots” irrespective of whether the parent of the candidate
is present or not during the draw.
2. For effective management, only one representative per candidate will be allowed
to attend the draw of lots. (children are not allowed). In view of the necessary Covid
Appropriate Behavior (CAB) and guidelines, the school shall allow entry on first
cum first basis from 10.30 a.m. to 10.55 only upto 200 parents after which we shall
stop entry. Parents who are unable to be present at the draw of lots can check the
list of selected candidates when the same is uploaded.
3. It will not be possible to park the vehicle inside the school or in the school lane, so
please make alternate arrangements.
4. Entry shall be allowed from Gate No. 2 (Nursery Gate)
5. The final list of selected candidates (General category) will be uploaded on the
school portal on 20
th March 2021 by 4.00 p.m.

In further to the process of Nursery Admission for Session 2021-22, Draw of Lots will be held
on 17.03.2021 (Wednesday) at 2 p.m. in the school premises for the applicants scoring
70 POINTS ONLY.
(Candidates with successful document verification are eligible for Draw of Lots).

Applicants scoring 90 and 80 points (after successful document verification) have been
shortlisted for admission to Class Nursery under OPEN Seats (General Category) in first list.
The list of all the confirmed applicants will be displayed on the school website on
20.03.2021 (Saturday).
Please note:
 It is not mandatory to attend the draw.

 Only one parent per applicant/ twins is allowed to come for the draw (No child to
accompany the parent).
 Parents coming for draw are requested to follow COVID appropriate behaviour.
