Which one of them is better in terms of academics, faculty, co-curricular & extra-curricular activities and all round holistic development as well as for international admissions

Both are sought after schools but many parents have opted BVN or other sought after schools over DPS Mathura Road due to various reasons like distance, all round holistic development etc.
As both follow CBSE, so it is same for international admissions.
As distance is imp factor for 14 yrs.
Rest final call is yours.

DPS Mathura Road as DPS Academic curriculum is considered best in India. Moreover DPS Mathura Road is core school of DPS Society.
